ONGOING PROJECTS Wood panel factory of vakarų medienos grupė in Akmenė In 2020, UAB “Kalvasta” built a wood panel factory in Akmenė Free Economic Zone. The large factory of 52 400 sq. m. is the most modern factory in Baltic countries. Its efficiency – 600 000 m3 of panels per year. Klaipėda GAT. Industrial Innovation Park in Klaipėda The factory construction began in 2021 by the order of “Klaipėdos aerouostas”. The work is expected to be completed in 2022. It is one of the largest factories in the seaside region with an area of more than 17,000 sq. m.
